On my computer it doesn't tell how to make another administrator account. I want another one for my husband and he really needs it please tell me how. If possible say in steps.
How do i make another administrator account on my computer?
XP? Vista? Linux?
Reply:It would help if you told us the operating system?
If it's Windows XP...
1) Go to Start %26gt; Control Panel %26gt; User Accounts, and under "Pick a new task" click "Create a new account"
2) A window should open saying "Name the new account" - type your desired name then click "Next"
3) The next screen gives you a choice of either "Computer administrator" or "Limited account" - choose "Computer administrator", and click "Create account"
Done!
Reply:If using XP all you have to do is
1. Open Control Panel
2.Click on User Accounts to open it up
3.Click Create New Account
4. Type in the Name you want the account to be and press Next %26gt;
5. Be sure the Computer administrator bubble is filled in and press Create Account
6. All done!
Reply:If you're running Windows XP, click on Start, then go to Control Panel. Choose User Accounts. Click on "Create a New Account". You will be prompted to give the account a name (e.g. Hubby), then choose to make this account an Administrator account. Set a password for the account, if you so desire. Hope this helps!

Reply:go onto 'start menu',
click on 'control panel',
find 'user accounts',
then click on 'manage another account',
then it should be straight forward to set it up,
hope this helps.
