I am trying to start human service agency that will be self funded. How can I ask for donations via paypal?

You just need to have a Paypal account and give your Paypal address to anyone who wants to send you money.





For a good example, take a look at any well known Web comic. The artists who draw those comics typically have a Paypal button on their site that people can click on to give them money. If you have a Web site, you could do something like that. Otherwise, you'll just have to tell people what your Paypal address is.





(The one thing you CANNOT do is claim that the donations they give you are going to be tax deductible. They're not.)
