I am looking to plan a benefit for the National MS Society in April of 2009. We have a concert hall venue tentatively setup and we are currently recruiting volunteers to help with the rest of the planning. What major things do we need to focus on to make sure this benefit concert is a success?
What are important things to take into account while planning a benefit concert?
Having a little experience working on benefits, the biggest mistake I have found is failing to advertise the event properly. Get the word out, no people, no donations.
