How to restrict others from creating a new account in my computer?

My brother keeps making a new account to use my computer. How will I restrict annyone from creating a new account. My account is password protected. I am using windows XP.
How to restrict others from creating a new account in my computer?
First put Password on your account and the "Administrator" account so your brother was unable to access both, then create a new one with "Limited" account settings for your brother....





Directions:


Step 1:





Open "Control Panel" and double Click on "User Accounts" icon





Step 2:





Single Click on your account profile then click "Create a Password"





after setting up a password to your account follow the direction bellow to put Password on "Administrator" account





Direction:





Restart your computer... and login as "Administrator" by pressing "CTRL + Alt + Delete" twice then do the same as you did on your account to set up password....

Reply:Well, go to the User Accounts (in the Control Panel), click Change an Account %26gt; click your brother's account %26gt; Change the account type %26gt; Limited and accept changes.
