How do I get on the administrator account on windows xp if you dont have the name or password for it?

I recently got a Comp. off E-bay and was not given this information. Also Id rather not wipe anything out on the memory if I can, the guy who sold it said that there were alot of cool things on this including a full itunes.
How do I get on the administrator account on windows xp if you dont have the name or password for it?
The default Admin account might still be active. It's common for it to be.





At the windows login screen press CTRL + ALT + DELETE keys. A pop up box should appear asking for username and password.





Type in user: Administrator


Password: Keep blank, don't enter anything, just click on the login button.





If that works, then go to control panel -%26gt; users and you can change the password for your main account there.
