How to install a program to one account only in Windows XP?

Whenever I install a program I know that it should automatically enable other users to access it. Is there any way to install the program without allowing other users to use or even notice it?
How to install a program to one account only in Windows XP?
It depends whether the application has feature to be installed for current user or for everyone
Reply:If you are the Administrator than you can decide what people do and do not use. If you are not the Administrator than only he/she has the privelege and the right to see everything. If you can get into the other people's accounts, you can remove any trace of it from their account once installed.

Reply:if their is more than 1 admin on your pc, then you can choose who can access the program.
Reply:only if there is a way to select that on the program's install file
