I don't want to delete messenger but I do want to stop using Yahoo mail. How can I delete the mail account ?
How do I delete my Yahoo email account but not messenger?
I never used my yahoo mail since it is so inferior. And it became inactive automatically after a while but I am still using Yahoo account to chat in Messenger without any problems
Reply:The only thing you can do is not use your e-mail account and Yahoo! will deactivate the e-mail account. After 120 days they will deactivate the account for non-usage. You will still have your messenger for the ID.

Reply:Just don't use it for 120 days and wala! You have an IM but no Email!
