Is it possible to get an itunes account without putting in the billing info?

I have an ipod touch and my mom doesn't get why I need the billing info! And i need an account because i want to get free apps but she really doesn't know why i need an account to get free apps! I need help!

Reply:You are in luck buddy to make an itunes account without putting credit card detailsin is sooo easy just follow these steps.





1.open itunes





2.Go to the itunes store





3.scroll down and you should see top free apps click on the top free apps and





4.once you have clicked it it should say GET APP click on that and it should say sign in but don't sign in click on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT





5. agree to the terms and conditions enter a valid email password and Question





6.
