What happens to my credit card account if the company files bankruptcy?

Do I still owe the money? Or do they just file that as apart of their loss?

You owe. Another company just buys up the accounts.

Your terms may change and apr may increase so get that balance to zero.
Reply:You do still owe the money yes, nothing changes as far as your interaction with the company, although they might enforce stricter rules regarding payments.
Reply:You will still owe. The debt will be sold or taken over by another institution. and by law neither the terms nor the apr can change w/o 30 days notice.
Reply:u doesnt ows anything if they will be able to return they will after the particular settelments.
