How exactly do I set up an account without a credit card, but instead a debit card, on iTunes?

I need an iTunes account to buy music but I do not own a credit card... I do have a debit card though.
How exactly do I set up an account without a credit card, but instead a debit card, on iTunes?
The same way you would set up with a credit card.
