How do you reset your hotmail account settings on MSN messenger?

Basically my Msn doesn't allow me to send offline messages at all.


I have the live essentials MSN messenger (new one)


I tried reinstalling it and it still doesn't allow me to send offline messages.


I tried signing into another account on the same messenger, that was fine. It is only my name :(





Any suggestions?
