How do i transfer my Itunes account and songs to another computer?

I want to transfer my songs from my Itunes account to another computer and i cant access my other computer so i cant do itunes back-up. can i or cant i?

In order to transfer songs you have to have access to the actual files some how. iTunes will only allow you to download songs that you have purchased once, and they don't back up anything that you have loaded into iTunes from other sources.





You say that you don't have access to your other computer so you can't do an iTunes backup. The only way to retrieve the songs is if you have them stored somewhere else as well, such as on an iPod. If you do have them on an iPod, there are tons of questions and responses on this site detailing how to go about transferring the music off of your iPod and onto a computer. If you don't have them saved anywhere else your only option to retrieving them to gain access to that other computer again.
